1. Scope of Privacy

Oryvo AI (PRIVATE) LIMITED ("Oryvo AI", "we", "us", or "our") builds automated MLOps platforms, including our flagship product EzDeploy. This Privacy Policy governs our data processing practices for users visiting our website, signing up for platform services, and configuring model deployments.

2. Data Collection & Access

To enable fully automated containerization and multi-cloud provisioning, we collect:

• Account Credentials: Email addresses, names, and organization details.
• Integration Secrets: Access tokens for Hugging Face, S3, GCS, and cloud provider registries, which are encrypted at rest using industry-standard KMS architectures.
• Deployment Metadata: Repository configurations, model shape requirements, and basic runtime performance metrics. We do not store or inspect training datasets or model weights.

3. Model Weights & Data Integrity

Because EzDeploy builds and serves models in containerized environments (typically within your own virtual private cloud), your model parameters, weights, and fine-tuning sequences remain entirely within your security boundary. Oryvo AI does not retain ownership, access, or visibility over your custom neural networks.

4. Third-Party Services

EzDeploy provisions resources across external cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) at your command. Any data transferred to these providers is subject to their respective privacy agreements and your custom subscription terms with them.

5. Enterprise Security & SOC 2

All API communications are protected via TLS 1.3 encryption. Oryvo AI complies with standardized compliance controls to ensure all infrastructure virtualization, credential containment, and server telemetry operations are secure.
