1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website and the automated ML/LLM deployment systems provided by Oryvo AI (PRIVATE) LIMITED ("Oryvo AI", "we", "us", or "our"), including the EzDeploy platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Services & Platform Usage
Oryvo AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use EzDeploy for configuring, building, and launching containerized machine learning endpoints. You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and integration keys.
- All compute resources, data, and models deployed through your account configuration.
- Ensuring your deployment targets and network queries comply with all applicable local and international laws.
3. Infrastructure Costs & Billing
EzDeploy acts as an orchestration and virtualization layer. While usage of the EzDeploy portal may be subject to subscription plans, you are directly billed by your chosen cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) for any CPU/GPU configurations, memory allocations, CDNs, or storage buckets provisioned by our automation engines.
4. Restrictions
You agree not to use the platform to serve models that facilitate malicious network attacks, process illegally obtained datasets, build deepfakes intended to deceive, or violate copyright boundaries. Oryvo AI reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these ethical and legal usage constraints.
5. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." ORYVO AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE DOWNTIME, DATA LOSS, OR SECURITY BREACHES WITHIN YOUR DEPLOYED CLOUD CLUSTERS.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karachi.
