Refund Policy

1. Deployment Credits

• Unused credits: Eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase if no deployment has been initiated.
• Consumed credits: Non-refundable once used in a successful deployment.
• Failed deployments: Credits are automatically reversed for Platform-side infrastructure failures.
• Expired credits: Non-refundable. Credits expire 12 months after purchase.

2. Subscription Plans

• Monthly plans: Cancel at any time. No partial-month refunds. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Annual plans: Cancel within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if fewer than 5 deployments have been executed. Non-refundable after 30 days or after 5 successful deployments.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@oryvoai.com with:

• Your account email address
• Transaction details (amount, date, payment method)
• Reason for refund request

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5 business days.

4. Exceptions

Oryvo AI reserves the right to deny refund requests where:

• Terms of Service have been violated.
• The refund request is made outside the applicable refund window.
• Deployment failures are caused by incorrect cloud credentials or configurations on your end.
